This water is coming from the statosphere with the military help of complex systems targetting the ionsosphere. Complex physics so will not go into it but I could see it being set up the day before and have the evidence

i live in tazzie but i was in melb on the 10th 11th and 12th for AC/DC. lightening was mad and the sky was green. it was perfect weather for an ac/dc show! lol
