  • Well the whole idea of unbleached filters is to reduce bad taste. Go look it up.

  • @sidletroy If you hit the sides, the water will pass too quickly and the coffee will taste bland. However, if you play with the coffee ground like the video shows, if will taste bitter. It all boils down to the matter of controlling the time the water contacts the grounds.

  • Bleached paper should NEVER be used for coffee. There is a type of unbleached paper filter that is permeable to the coffee oils, made by chemex and probably others. Gold mesh filters should be used instead of paper. The water vessel should never be made out of metal, glass is the only thing that won't foul your water. Use FRESH ground coffee, 1tbs per 3 oz of water, this looks like twice that, but since it wasn't measured i can't be sure.

    Video = FAIL

  • @jib1000 Unbleached paper filter gives a very unpleasant paper taste in the coffee.

  • @klarinetta Not as bad as bleached paper.

  • @jib1000 I do not agree on that. I find the unbleached ones to have much more taste to them.

  • ポットがコントロールできてない。残念。

  • Fill your cup with filtered water to measure it, and heat it. Pour the heated water onto the grounds. No need to play with it.

  • wow""

    Thank you
