nice job Al, so many forget the legs. I have a variation to recommend, one leg squat with torso upright and back arch maintained through entire ROM. For me this variation is too hard to do on flat ground so I do it standing on a platform, this is also nice because it allows you to start at rock bottom and really work on getting that position perfect. I was taught that once you squat down and you leg is out infront parallel to the ground, keep that leg parallel as you rise up.

How did you manage to be able to keep your heel down!? i mean my legs are strong but i still can't get my heals to stay down! epic skill!

@BZ98 I used to struggle with keeping the heel down too, but not anymore. Now the next thing I need to train for is balance.
