absolutely genuine stuff. thanx for this upload, very interesting. recently I have practiced with my good old friend knife-defence situations and have gotten into some a bit more complicated areas, where no prepared technique applies as the knife moves very unpredictably. I see Duncan is well aware all of the obstacles of the close range knife fight. a sort of JKD principle application is a must otherwise mere defence is very limited against a well trained assassin..

I'm going to be checking out my first self defense class Monday .

The older I get I feel it is necessary . I watched my mom get mugged right about the age I am now an I want to at least be able to block or fend off .
