@Abortionish They just call it a labiaplasty. In some cases there is insufficient flesh to "craft" the vagina facsimile. So sub-sequent "labiaplasties" are necessary.

Sometimes they actually use tissue from the colon to line the "vagina" so as to create self-lubricating properties. Pretty gross, huh?

That's why I wont fuck MtFs if they are post-op.

Hi! girl.Marie here.Thank`s for the info.I thought that all i needed was the SRS.That everything was done in one shot with followups afterwards.Does everyone need to have the Libiaplasty done afterwards? I need to know this because now i would need to plan for my SRS & libiaplasty.Did you have to pay extra for it ? Or was it part of the package deal? I would have to plan for that too.Thank`s again.
