first of all, this guy is saying 200-300 grams of carbs per meal, that is way too much..and 40 grams of protein per meal for a 200 pounder is way too low...If you are working out intensely to get big you need about...60 grams of protein and 70 grams of carbs per meal for a 200lb guy.
However to leanout, you need 55 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs per meal and lots of omega-3 fatty acids.
