  • Yes you can,hardgainers are prime for six pack abs,because you can eat more without gaining weight.Train you abs hard five days a week and i guarantee you will see a major improvement with in a month-six weeks.

  • This guy has an ugly build but obviously knows how to gain mass. For leaning, shiettt, I eat every 2 hours. It's all about diet. I don't do ANY cardio or ANY bullshit crunches or use any stupid "ab rockets" or what have you and I have more veins in my abs than most have on there dick. lol Eat less, more often and from non processed, natural (organic is good if u got the money) foods. Key to leaning.

  • angelfan12, you can search for nutrition tables on Google. I mean tables witch contain various foods and their calorie, protein, carb and fat count.

  • Just weigh a few bits, youll get used to estimating. whenever you buy a packet or tin of food, look at the label and see how much it weighs and see what the nutritional value is per 100g.

    Iv been doing this for about a year now and i can tell you off the top of my head that a medium banana has 125 calories, a 150grams of tuna has 27 grams of protein, and there is 20 grams of carbs in a slice of wholegrain bread :)

  • first of all, this guy is saying 200-300 grams of carbs per meal, that is way too much..and 40 grams of protein per meal for a 200 pounder is way too low...If you are working out intensely to get big you need about...60 grams of protein and 70 grams of carbs per meal for a 200lb guy.

    However to leanout, you need 55 grams of protein and 25 grams of carbs per meal and lots of omega-3 fatty acids.

  • Describe drug free. Meaning a bodybuilder that NEVER took steroids or took steroids for a couple of days, months, years then decided to go drug free. I'm a drug free, meaning I NEVER took any steroids of any kind and was able to achieve bodybuilder results and I've been accused many times of taking steroids which is only music to my ears and makes me proud of myself. I'm 5'10" 180 lb. my max. bench WAS 405 lb., I do 2 sets at 8 reps at 315 lb.
