The Pregnancy test is from the season four episode ; "I Love Lisa"

Lisa gives ralph a valentine, and hes all happy n stuff, and he sends her tickets to the crusty 29th anniversary show, but then bart takes the tickets instead of lisa, showing her how much of a fan he is by pulling out the Krusty Home Pregnancy test and saying he will dress up like her to go. etc.

Extra Feature: Once you've followed the Surveillance Van to Chief Wiggum (5:39 or so in the vid) you can chase Snake's car through the city and (eventually) wreck it. It can only be done during the mission, before you talk to the Chief.

It's extremely tough, but a great challenge if you're up for it!

It doesn't prevent the mission from going ahead either, you can still talk to the Chief at any time (even after destroying Snake's car) and Snake will end up in the same place waiting to race.
