I wasn't raised muslim, and have seen a difference in men the way they handle things with women. It is more respect when she has a support system, and respect for herself. I am guessing you believe in free love and not having a monogamous relationship. Been there, done that, very lonely.

You can control that you are well protected, but at a time that disease and fatherless children are running rampant, free love is not good. No form of man-made protection is 100%.

Islam is unique in that Satan is not an angel but a Jinn, they are like human, because they are free willed and live in another dimension. However since Satan is a Jinn he can deal with them in person, how prophets could deal with us. So Jinn sometimes join Satan, however many Jinn are also God fearing Muslims, Christians, Jews hell or even atheists.

In the subject of how women in the West may dress scantily and not being harrassed at all, may be, just may be, because this is due to the fact that open sexual relationships (extra marital sexual relationships) are much tolerable in the West. @andersent93 no, they can not. i don't know much, eventhough i am a muslim myself, but i do know this: men looking at "hot" girls are the reason there are such cases as rape, sexual harassment, etc. if they would lower their gaze, these things would not happen.
