  • Yes, axemas. You know, like xmas but axemas. Like slang for guitar, axe, but axemas. Get it? Yes you get it.

  • 3:00 - 3:30 ---> WOOW

  • WOW~

  • Axemas??

  • This really is fantastic...especially when you play it LOUD! Merry Christmas to everybody...or whatever you may be celebrating! Bring JOY to the world even next year! Lots of hugs. P.S. I've got a recent clip of Steve Morse playing w/Deep Purple on my YT channel.

  • Cool arrangement by a virtuoso.

  • i saw steve morse a month ago....wow is all i can say, AND I GOT TO MEET HIM!!!!

  • Did he use his guitar as a way of communication? I bet he could probably just talk using guitar.

  • Im not into guitar songs but this is ace!

  • This is Christmas!! Best X-Mas-Song-Version i´ve ever heard.

  • I love Steve but I think I like Eric Johnsons rendition of

    The First Noel the best...

There are both in a class by themselves!

  • Does he have Eric Johnson as a 2nd guitar in there?

  • steve recorded this on limited equipment. It was almost an improv for him.

    STEVE RULES

  • Fantastic. This displays the arranging skills, musical integrity and execution that makes good old Mr Morse stand out from the crowd in today's world of guitar technicians.

  • This is my favorite song on Merry Axemas and yes, joy to the world. Jesus you ARE my Lord and Savior thank you.

  • whatever he plays,,,, he makes it magical,,,, morse is the best,,,,,,,,,,,

  • @rockergyi You're top right !

He is aware that good music will be forever good music ! And he doesn't care for the style !!

He is the best with a guitar in his hands. He really enjoys PLAYING, as if it was not a job, but a game ....

Look at his face when he is on stage, he seems so happy. He is also a very nice and humble guy, with a pretty good mind. Everything a musician should be, everithing MUSIC should bring to us all.

  • @paco9ivanoe i see him every tour purple dregs morse your are on the money!

  • I love this song! Steve Morse play this chrismassong near to the original, what Joe Satriani didn´t. From the hole cd, this track is the best (imo).

    Thanks for loading it up

  • I love it! Thanks for posting...he's a great guitarist!
