The BGM seems to be postrecorded, which is not covered on the original film.

I'm only guessing here but I'd be willing to gamble a couple of bucks on this one. I'm putting this in my blog right now.

North korea is the most isolated country in the world, no internet, no cellphones, no contace with the rest of the planet. they believe they are the strongest country in the world.
Upon viewing this video, I think it's safe to say that we really don't need to worry about going to war with N. Korea. If the young boys continue to do this exercise over time their genitalia will become nonexistent and the population will soon dwindle into oblivion.
I think it's just the naffest form of kitsch, more than anything.
