where you just wanna play it over and over again because of how perfectly it was executed.

this was definitely one of those games that had moments.

Developers aren't really thinking about classic moments anymore :( it's a shame.

They gain more profit if they make half assed games for 10 year old Xboxers. This games dont provide good and remembering gameplay , but they require less investments and time to make them . Plus kids are stupid enough to buy those games . Unless they stop buying - developers will have no reason to make a good game .

Now thats a shame .

I disagree. I think there's still a good amount of singleplayer games that drop those "wow" moments, either through heavy scripted action sequences (usually first person shooters) or breathtaking levels full of atmopshere (mostly everything else).

There should be a 3rd part in the making. Interplay sold rights for Fallout 3 and they stated they'll make 3rd MDK and Earthworm Jim... Bioware is out of the game though. Too bad shiny is out also... :(
