There is no rational reason that humans would give corporations super citizenship rights, yet few responsibilities, when the efforts the corporations are directed to gaining power over those same humans instead of sticking to the reasons they were formed in the first place. At the very least if not regulated, corporations should be subject to all the responsibilities of human citizens; if they are criminal they need to be imprisoned, or executed.
