I have trouble with timing in a lot of guitar songs.. it just seems I am missing some part of guitar exercise or knowledge.

@EntanglementSatan make sure all the accents are on the first note. It is in 3/4 so think of it as a waltz. so One Two Three One Two three, making sure the accent is on the One everytime. Because the rhythm is played in crotchets it makes it sound like a 6/8 timing but its not. So just hit your guitar string harder on the first note. So ONE two three ONE two three. Hope this helps!! =)
