Is the muscle up really that hard? Maybe deceptively so, I do pull ups regularly and I've done the press motion on circumstance pretty easily. Otherwise I'm just learning to get to this level of fitness. Hm... can you point me in a good direction when I can learn more?
@warriorfire8103 well it is hard at first, but now that I've been doing them for over a year, they don't seem hard at all! If you have a gymnast or rock-climbing background they will not be hard at all! But for me I could barely do one at first and I could only do it with a serious kip!!
so i've been trying for ages the "muscle up" but with my arms fully streched. after seeing here you bending your arms and only after legs up, straightening them, i did it in a first try XD

Those exercises look so hard lol.
You ever look at the Bar-barian stuff Max? Physical requirements include:
1. 5 Muscle Ups
2. 45 Dips
3. 25 Pull-ups
4. 55 Push Ups
5. and 5 Muscle Ups, within 6 mins.

@ray63087 when you're first learning the only way to get up high enough above the pull-up bar is by 'kipping'...body-english, AKA, cheating!
