Went to a Yo La Tengo show many many years back (I stopped counting). They played with this band Why?. Why? took stage and said "Your eyes do not device you...we are not Yo La Tengo." Someone from the crowd yelled "WE'RE HERE FOR YOU!"
I didn't know who they were at the time, but they blew me away and loved them ever since.
I live in Maine and WHY? Is my favorite band..I have seen them four times. FINALLY I found a college radio staion that actually plays GOOD music; I called and requested These hands. Hearing WHY? On the radio for the first time..I wont forget it.. MOJA-
@jthmjoey1 If you "like" WHY? on facebook, you then go to their events page. That has every date of their tour I think. That's how I found out to buy tickets for Philadelphia's stop.
