I red you recorded the audio and then the video so i guess you mixed the guitar audio track, the song mp3 and the video togheter.

I did it for a cover ages ago and it recognized the audio track blocking my video in some countries(mine too) and i had to re-upload it played "live" without my recorded track. How do you avoid that?
