I used to watch it all the time when I was little, and Chief is my absolute favorite character. I LOVE this movie, and no matter how many times I watch I'll never get tired of it. I was very glad they didn't kill Chief off like in the book, but now I think it would have made the film a lot stronger if he had died. But that aside; this film is my most treasured film of all the films I watched as a child!

I wish that this video was a lot longer, though like the one with Bambi.

The Fox and the Hound has always been one of my favourite disney films. It makes me cry tonnes though! Its the 24th feature and 24 is my lucky number :')

I know this is qutie a while ago, but it's still a bit sad to hear about Frank and Ollie finally leaving the Disney studio after been working their sence "Snow White" and passing on their knowlege and advise for Walt Disney himself and more to the new genarations of animators

This is definately one of Disney's best films and it's criminally underated. I'd say Disney's top five best films would be The Fox and the Hound, Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, and The Great Mouse Detective.
