No, ODST takes place after a level in Halo 2.

I think it is one of the first levels of Halo 2, where a Covanent Capital Ship warped and destroyed Mombosa.

ODST takes place between Halo 2 and 3. But most of the stuff exist in Halo 3 and Halo 3 is easier than ODST. It gives u a little more experience.

This game is ridiculously easy. If you play it on Heroic you can run around punching enemies to death. If you play it on Normal you can stand in front of an enemy wraith and stay alive for a good 2 minutes.

The only way this game is even a little challenging is if you play it on legendary, and that's still easily completed on your own in about 4 hours.

Even Master Chief wasn't as strong as you are when you play this game.

Looks like fun. I like how it uses a health system like Halo 1. The regenerate does make it easier, but in my gaming capabilities having to use health packs is much more entertaining. Plus, the PISTOL!!!!!! Silenced, well more like suppressed. But still!

wow seriously? other games get engine updates often because the flog the franchises, and make shitloads of games. bungie updates their engine every game. odst is one exception, but that is because it is an EXPANSION, not a new game. the engine was revised however. anyway, in my opinion its the storyline and playability that matters to me, not whether i can see little details i dont notice, cos im too busy kickin alien ass.
