@denetrs I think it's because they exercise a lot but don't eat much...I don't know about KARA but SNSD once said they are only allowed to east 800 calories a day, and almost all of the things they eat are vegetables and fruits. If they're hungry, the eat cucombers, and they don't drink anything except water. If you then think about how much they dance/exercise per day... no wonder they stay so slim.

@iluvfuny4ever - while I'm a guy, my frame is similar to theirs and I eat whole pizzas. I eat what my metabolism will allow, and I exercise a lot (DDR, sex, etc.). The key is not being a fatass, and getting off your fat ass.

The reason idols eat tons of fiber instead of protein is because they're abnormally active, and protein + exercise = muscle mass. They're aiming for cute girls, not sexy strippers, so cut abs and hyperdeveloped quads are being prevented through the diet.
