  • This is so damn funny LOL

  • Funny, I've previously never had any complaints about volume spikes during commercials (and I watch a fair amount of TV). But I got a new TV which has SRS TruVolume built-in. TruVolume seems to cause the very annoying volume spikes that it's trying to prevent. I had to turn the TruVolume off, as it was very aggravating.

  • so funny and I can relate!!! Love SRS!!

  • The date and popcorn is my favorite commercial. Very funny!

  • Like the device but my attention was fully focused on that incredible good looking woman. Kudos on the TV Volume adapter & of course this fine dream girl.

  • Interesting comment, however SRS TruVolume levels out perceived audio volume increases by ways of psycho-acoustics. It has no noticeable effect on dynamic range and while we have no control of how commercials are compressed at least TruVolume technology can reduce the loudness effect. Now my question for you is, why is this stupid? Volume fluctuations and loud commercials are the number 1 complaint among consumers while watching TV.

  • Okay.. this is stupid.. now they want to flatten already squished to death audio?

    what's that?? volume spikes??

it's called OVERCOMPRESSED... the LOUDNESS WAR's bastard son

  • LOL That was if not predictable. I use dynamic EQ with the volume set at an appropriate level seems to give relaxing levels over LCR while boasting softer quieter sounds for easy comfortable listening.
