porter sensei taught ki development in birminghams chinatown and instructed many aikidoka in these ki exercises and definately knows his subject matter.plus his kick is like being hit by a car .seriously

These Kokyu Ho exercises are only taught in some Reiki schools and they all originate from both Shinto and Shingon Buddhist practises.Good stuff indeed.
