I have had a baloon filled with hho gas blow up in my hands with no ill-effects the gas burns and dissipates too quick for the temperature to burn the skin. The heat is bearly noticable but without hearing protection your ears will ring for an hour.

what happens if all the content catches alight and then falls on the stage and fire breaks out and every body burns alive! just a thought about danger!

ah, the question i wanted to answer. you think we didnt ponder this. this was a public place with law enforcement.

we tested over and over. the gas burns quickly. we could not even get toilet paper or even pine needles to show any signs of burn. so confetti made of plastic and metal was very safe. black powder used by most pyrotechs is far more dangerous.
