Read the info on wicked lasers website about why he is going to go blind. Those lasers are putting out a lot of infrared and UV light, that is going to fuck up your eyesight. Wear the proper glasses when handling lasers. they are not toys. They are like any other tool. They can damage you if misused.

@CarvinKid01 easiest way = 2 lines from battery,and a y join to the diode,one return,that or a 3 pole switch[stays on/off/bypass] to the push switch[momentary which would only work when the switch is set to bypass] theres a few switches about that do both,but probably not small enough for an enclosure,apologies if thats vague , but theres only so much detail i can fit in these boxes.

@WillstDuNichtWissen its about 5-10 mW (milliwatts) for regular cd/dvd burner and a high speed CD-RW can get up to 100 mW (all according to wiki)... I would say a high speed CD-RW would be deadly in moron's hand... to use with lots of care!! (blue-ray dvd burner should go higher... on wiki it says a Consumer DVD-R burner get 250 mW...) and if anyone wanna know 5 mW is legal, over that is illegal -_-

@shark4t he doesn't have a driver. A capacitor makes it to the current can't get too high. He needs a driver to stabalise the current. If you look at 0:01 he even says that he doesn't use a driver. A driver is very inportant and without one your diode WILL die. Simple.

@1000000volts well you could, not with fiber optics though, you could try either setting up the multiple lasers towards one spot, or you could use a lens to direct all the lasers towards one spot, of course this would require some serious batteries, or else a a/c adapter.
