I keep getting this. This is the 4th time and I dont know why. I don't use douches etc, i'm married and i've never have or had any std's. =(

@asherah2 another bacteria that can cause this is ecoli. ......if u engage in anal sex make sure u only go from front to back and when u go to the washroom, wipe from front to back. Ecoli lives in the anus and should not be anywhere near the vagina. I know that sounds gross but that could be another cause.

which doctor should I see for PID? gynecology or regular doctor or urology?

You should initially see your family doctor or GP. He will be able to refer you to the appropriate specialist. If the GP suspects PID he will refer to a gynaecologist.
