As always, well produced how to segment. I am sure this procedure has been done many times by thankless station engineers, but never has a movie like yours been made showing how to do it - making it look easy like that. A+

Excellent. Textbook perfect! When putting the head in the scanner, I press the head up and then turn the screw to set the positioning pin into the head. Also, clean the area around where the new head will be, including the small hole where the head will poke through. Usually a lot of dirt in that area.
