Seriously, though, I defend RoboCop 2. Is it as good as the first? No, but how many sequels are? It's still a good watch and far less pathetic than RoboCop 3. Hate that one all you want, but RoboCop 2 still has some of the RoboCop magic.

Sorry, couldn't resist. But you shouldn't call people idiots for having differing opinions. It's subjective I personally believe RoboCop 3 is easily the least worthy, but that's my opinion. Yours is that it's the best. I disagree, but I could never say you're wrong because there IS no right and wrong when it comes to being subjective. I can't imagine how you see #3 as superior to the all-encompassing awesomeness of #1, but feel free to.

@Tryzon Whoa, RoboCop was the best of all three movies. RoboCop 3 doesn't come close to the magic of one, thats true. The actor of number three was good though...but you can't say it isn't good because they followed the story line.

They showed a decaying city in evolution in every single movie. One, it is the start, Two, it gets much worse. Three, it is a war zone. You can't show me ANY movie series today that compares to that amazing follow-up of detail.

@SoulKiller7Eternal Again, that's your opinion, but I agree that the story at least rounds off the franchise in a logical, satisfying manner. I just think almost everything else feels like the sort of bland Hollywood sequel nobody ever remembers. #2 is a bit of a mess as well, I think because it was made by mashing several scripts together, but it's my view that it at least maintains the darkly satirical feel of the original, whereas #3 strikes me as lacking in that respect.
