I believe that even a bit of knowledge is better than no knowledge and women as well as men should do everything in their power to be prepared to protect themselves. That being said, this is the worst self defense instructional video i have ever seen. Do NOT waste your time with anything from Expert Village. if you are serious about getting solid information, i would suggest Krav Maga and Gracie University as the number one resource for modern effective personal protection.

I would like you to show more techniques in one video like in a real fight.

Just with that you don't go anyway.

Something like: if he grabs this way you can do this and this...

In case he kicks you ....etc

thats a good point, i been looking up womens self defense videos just because i notice a lot of bad ones out there. my school does do women's self defense class's but doesn't put up videos, but that is one point they do cover during class, classic "what if" questions. if we do put up a video i'll inform you
