ok question: how does kiteboarding work? i mean if u crash and let go of the kite wont it fly away? and if u dont let go wont it drag u across the water?

@bschwentner21 When you crash, you let go of the bar and it de-powers the kite and it falls out of the sky (usually). And no, the kite will not fly away if you let go of the bar. the kite is connected to you via a small loop beneath the bar, and by a small leash that connects to your harness. However, there are several safety systems that will allow the kite to become completely disconnected from you in a potentially dangerous situation. Hope this helps
