Here is an answer to both of your questions.

1. I don't. This was done after midnight during the weekend, clearly done not during the day. You also apparently have no grasp of time, because making one video only takes 15 minutes, at the very most, to do. What am I going to be doing for 15 minutes after midnight? Playing football under the pitch-black sky?

2. How sad can I get? Well, I got sad one time when my grandparents passed away.

3. Learn how to insult. You are only embarassing yourself

Actually, winning that mission without capturing the HQ is possible (though not with better than a C rank). For doing it you get special dialouge with Nell heaping praise on you and Olaf in shock.

Yeah, routing Olaf in the second mission where he has 4 Md tanks and you have a single regular tank plus a few other things is possible, it's just really difficult and requires you play with absolutely zero mistakes.

for the Medium Tank can you go right by the mountains to the left of it and attack it with your artilly

No, it would still be at least 4 spaces away, and artillery can only shoot 3 spaces over.

lure it over with a fully healed mech then crush it with artillery after moving the mech unit away.

Sorry, I kind of speed through it for the rest of Field Training. I will try to be careful for the Normal Campaign, but I figured the next wasn't that important here, since it is basically the same. Nell explains what to do, Olaf brags, Olaf complains about losing, and Nell congratulates you several times.
