I have a question. I found an iPhone 3GS at the mall and I needed a passcode to get into it. I took it home and took out their sim card and put mine in there. I then restarted it by following a YouTube tutorial and I was able to restore it to have some apps and my contacts of my old iPhone into it. Okay. Soo now I'm wondering blondy...if I turn off the "Location Services" option in settings. Can they still be able to find this iPhone3GS? Or does it not matter whether it on or off?

What would you have done if you found an iPhone 3GS with the screen cracked in a parking lot laying face up on the cement with no owner around?
