The Guard Trio was the best in my opinion, but the Stewart Trio was almost as great. These two "original" Trios captured the folk era for me. Bob Shane has done a great job of re-invigorating the Kingston Trio, with George Grove as the elder in the group now.

Great job!!!!  What audio source did you use for this live performance? The audience was booing at the end because they thought this was the last song.

@guarddave That was from the Newport 1959 show. The crowd was still going crazy at the end of the show...so much that they were delaying Flatt & Scruggs who were coming on next. Dave finally had to ask the crowd to calm down so that he could hear HIS favorite banjo player...Earl Scruggs...

This has got to be my favorate Kingston Trio song, but the rest of them are all a very close second. What great magic these guys had. Only one left now, and I understand Bob Shane is breathing O2 from a bottle. Boy, I miss the music and songs from these guys.
