From a military point of view support means that you do not put troops in harms way unless it is absolutely necessary and it is vital to the country. When it is vital all efforts are made to secure their safety through proper planning, training, equipment etc. Pelosi and this congress are attempting to correct Bushco.'s failures in these areas. You need to serve to know.

I think the purpose our troops are in Iraq is concurrent with the needs of the country. I agree planning was poor and should be remedied. But to me that involves provision of necessary equipment/care. Not to leave, perhaps vital is too strong a word to describe reasons for going in, a NOW vital mission undone.
