Firstly, the judges in this are not "naive" - they are merely very bad actors who couldn't follow the original script very well.
Secondly, the judge who has an outburst is making the point that reality tv shows like this are just shite and a waste of time, not doing anything useful for society.
The rude judge is NOT trying to impersonate Simon Cowell - Simon has got NOTHING to do with this.
The video is a criticism of X-Factor and all other reality TV (hence the outburst).
The awful singer was purposely singing badly so the other judges would put him through as they know nothing about talent or good pop music (like the real judges).
"Do not touch my Simon?" He's not your property! They must've let you out of crazy hospital too early
