Obama is not even qualified to be president. His father was Kenyan and a British subject. That means that Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen and therefore is Constitutionally not qualified to be President. He is an illegal usurper and a criminal traitor to the country. Remove Obama!

Considering it's our tax dollars you always hope and pray one comes to his or her senses. I'll tell you he wasn't my top choice for president. My top choice was Kucinich, but I also liked Ron Paul. Were you fond of McCain at all? If it were up to you who would be president? I think the candidate with the best foreign policy was Ron Paul, how about you? you could say the same about MItt Romney, his father was a Mexican Citizen born in Mexico, John Mccain wasn't even born in the Continental USA, he was born in the Panama Canal

It's true. There was such a concern about John McCain that it went to the courts. The judge did not definitively rule that he was qualified. As far as Romney, I don't know if his parents were citizens of the U.S. at the time of his birth. If not, then he is also not legally qualified.

Keep in mind that Obama is now under much greater scrutiny because everyone believes he is legitimate. Also, his own behavior, by not addressing these law suits, and by sealing his personal records, has only fueled the controversy and desire to scrutinize and learn the truth. Time is on my side. The longer he and the main stream pretend this doesn't exist, and they do not address it, the guiltier they look and the more people will wake up and he will loose popular support.

The legal and historical definition is Born in the Country and Both parents U.S. citizens at the time of birth. That is not my definition it is THE definition. I am just reporting it. You can look it up on the internet. A Natural Born Citizen is one who is a citizen by birth and not by a statute or act of government. This means that you must not be subject to any jurisdiction other than the one you are physically born into. That means both parents must be U.S. citizens.

It is Art. II section 1 clause 6 that defines the qualifications for president to be natural born citizen, not the 14th Amendment. Even the fourteenth Amendment recognizes the qualifications to be a natural born citizen one must be born subject "only" to the jurisdiction of the United States. It even spells this out. Did you even read the 14th Amendment? I have not lied about anything. You are a fucking moron idiot who does not understand the constitution and history and law of America.

I have already given you the definition. You just refuse to accept it. Obamas Father was Kenyan. That means at best Obama is a "naturalized" U.S. citizen even if O was born in the U.S. Because his father was Kenyan and British this means that O was not born subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S., as required by the constitution. He had a choice at 18 to be British or American. Natural Born Citizens under the 14th Amend. have no such choice. Only NBC can be president not "naturalized" citizens.

They aren't NBC. If they were born in the United States to foreign parents, then the child automatically qualifies to become a "naturalized" U.S. citizen when they turn 18, due to being "native born" on U.S. soil. The constitution bars native born "naturalized" citizens from being President. Being native born is not the same as Natural Born which means not subject to any other jurisdiction. NBC means you are a citizen by birth, not by an Act of Congress, Constitution, or Statute.

why are you only quoting the first section. the 14th amendment of the constitution has five sections, you need to state which one of the five sections disqualifies Obama from his natural born citizenship. I suggest you search the 14th amendement that is posted at Cornell University Law School and tell me which one of the 5 sections of the 14th amendment disqualifies Obama from the natural born citizenship...
