Too bad this huge organ is so left-sided... or most of the main pipeworks (CHANCEL ORGAN) is located on the front left side of the church... organ is so unbalanced... what a disappointment...
@Steve9819 From what I understand, the pipes seen on the upper left of this film are not speaking, but I could be mistaken. At any rate, it is true that, though St. Bart's apparently has the largest organ in New York City, there are churches whose organs resound louder than others (such as St. Patrick's Cathedral).
@churchwhistles Thanks, but the ASSHOLE, I mean A-Hole, might be right. One of the usual You Tube asswipe critics who hasn't anything better to do but sit and find faults in others. Jerk-off....
Hey Joe, who was at the organ? Was it Bill or an assistant? Whomever it was, he or she did a great job, and Doug has the organ sounding wonderful. Love the 'treatment' on the last stanza, some very smart playing there. Excellent, and thanks for sharing.
@bhigdaddymark Mark, the last verse harmony being used in this video is actually in the 1982 Episcopal Hymnal, next to the normal 4-part hymn. It's great fun to play. Bloody difficult, but still fun.

Who-ever, not whom-ever. Sorry, but don't try to use "whom" if you don't know how. It's permitted in modern usage to use "who" in all cases.

@bhigdaddymark Hey there, sorry for the delayed reply... I'm not sure who was at the organ. It could've been either one.
Glad you enjoyed it. :-)
