when i got a stiff neck over the summer from my ac this was the only thing that worked for me!!!

When VHS tapes first came out, I joined a good video club; they had good prices, good selection and fine service.

However, upon seeing that they carried Jane Fonda exercise videos, I canceled my membership; her behaviour during The Vietnam War was totally inexcusable.

@SatchmoSings You might find her autobiography "My Life So Far" interesting. Her role in the vietnam anti-war movement is quite misunderstood in this country and she gives an honest account of her side of the story. She was fiercely pro-soldier/veteran.

@aerobiclust A simple glance at her biography on "Wikipedia" handily refutes what you claim; you're obviously a fan of Fonda's; believe what you wish.

I lived through those years and was involved in the anti-War Movement.

I have stiff neck lately, and I'm looking at the videos there for some help. I will try to exercise my neck to see if it will fix my stiff neck problem
