Don't quit your job, start drinking, buy a new expensive toy (unless you can afford it). Just get plenty of exercise, and show up to work on time and stay out of trouble.
I feel for you Lovespoet7. My wife split on me a few days ago telling me it was because of my anger. I guess she's right. I'm a fucking asshole about 10% of the time. Maybe I'll go queer.

Look after your kid. Look after yourself. Do something to distract yourself from such sensitive thoughts. Hope is the last thing we lose. YOU WILL MOVE ON. You are not to blame. I can see you are deeply hurt, but hey, life will always throw something at you, be it in relationships/work/health etc.
I think you pegged it. Lies .... no matter the reason, they bring everyone down. I think you're going to be O.K. All the best to you and your ex, but especially your children. Never forget that you both were entrusted with their sweet souls and remember to always love them and be there for them. Parents are so important in the lives of their children.
