You could always do cardio. I was huge like 220 then like 9 months later 165 still have definition but when i go on hrt that will be reduced. Im just finding cardio really fun now LOL. Oh love the pumpkin btw

@Jesslyngirl87 I would guess with the change in your hormones, your body won't have the mass building ability as it did in the past. And if you're able to keep your protein intake down, you'll only get smaller and tighter with some intense training.
