Its a game called Synthesia, you can call it a game or a training program.. its great if your learning to play keyboard.. he did not design or invent it it is a game absed on guitar hero only a real instrument. you can download it for free search Synthesia on google.

Generally on Synthesia the different colors are specific to a different hand.. usually green being left and red or blue or purple or w.e being right. dependant on the song.

@mdr9inchnails On every synthesia video ( and there are tons of them here on youtube) somebody always says that. lol. Synthesia is a great tool for learning songs on piano. I don't have it on my computer, so I just go to youtube and see what songs i want to learn. I love synthesia.

You'll have to improvise. You can probably get away with playing that repeated A key on one octave instead of two.

It's midi, probably either made completely from scratch by ear or converted from sheet music. The notes are correct, it's just that the fact it's midi and that there are no vocals makes the song sound different.
