  • "There's class warfare, all right, but it's my class, the rich class, that's making war, and we're winning." - Warren Buffett

  • I hope he runs for president again.

  • hmm corruption...

communism is the way to go. only not with a human being to be in charge.

people seek power so thats why the communism in russia failed aswell.

but on paper it was perfect.

  • FREE ENERGY.. google Tesla.. magnets,etc..

  • we are NOT at war because Congress did not declare war as the Constitution dictates..

  • what about the price of the "stans" we haven't invaded yet..?

  • I like Kucinich taking notes before he answers the questions. He very much stays on point.

  • THE. SUN.

  • We do not have a Democracy Kucinich...

Just for this comment, you should be removed from your seat.

  • We do have a democracy.

Do you vote for your representatives?

Do you vote for your governor and mayor?

    We are a democratic republic.

    Get over it.

Its ironic that you dont trust people to create a democracy because of mob rule, yet you trust those same people to control the market place?

You think those people would abuse government but be ok if there was no government?

Why would they not simply make harmful social decisions anyway?

Your so contradictory and ignorant of human nature

  • We have a Deomcratic electoral process, yes.

this does not mean that our Government is a Democracy.

The only Democratic portion of America is the "10 square miles..." as referred to in the Constitution where the Legislative brach meets.

Why would you think that I trust any politician to control the market place? They have NO authority to do so under the US Constitution and are doing so today under the guidance of "living document" justices.

explain to me where I contradict...please.

  • how you define democratic or republic is by how decisions are made, by the people or an electorate.

    We have a combo system.

    Therefore a democratic republic.

Even if it was only the 10 square mile part that was democratic, thats still part of the US system and therefore its democratic republic.

Besides, things have changed alot since the founders time as they meant things to, and its moved to a more democratic system since the beginning.

  • wrong...

Our Government is a Constitutional Republic.

nowhere in the Constitution of the US nor of any of the States will you find the word "Democracy"

The election process is completely separate from the way the Government is allowed, under the Constitution, to govern the people.

  • I will do the research for you.

How a government is defined has much to do with how laws are passed, which is determined by how the officials are put into power.

    en.wikipedia . org/wiki/United_States_of_America#Government_and_elections

By technical terms its a constitutional republic, but as you will read, its structured as a representative democracy.

For all intents and purposes, its a democracy.

    en.wikipedia . org/wiki/Democracy

    Enjoy

Or live in your own world a little longer

  • you research with Wikipedia?

    lib.

Well, because of the collectivist thought logic you have and the notion that government is here to take care of the people rather than to protect the people; you are right...we are more so a communist democracy now.

wonder how we got into the shit situtation we are in now?...like every other democracy...we are failing.

maybe, once we get back to a republic, with NO democracy, like we were founded...we will flourish again.

    but until then, failure.

  • I never said politician, I said people, me, you, 330mil people.

How do you not trust them in one instance, yet trust them in another.

Why are we trusted with one power, but not with the other?

  • i trust the market with the power...

  • the market is made up of the same people you cant trust with government power.

You thinking the market is some soulless non-human driven force is part of the problem and I guess why you people hold it so sacred and all fixing.

  • "Save the planet"

Kucinich you're wrong. There is nothing wrong with the planet.

  • Surrender Americans!

    Goldman Sachs OWNS Obama

  • I CANT believe hes pushing to tax breathing, and what trees breathe. Hes all for getting ride of the federal reserve but its show. Once Republicans get in power it will be the same non-scientific end of the world crap. I say Kick them all out, and let start new parties.

  • First off I'm not a believer in Global Warming. But don't you think that all the bailout money would have been better spent building infrastructure, research, and maintenance of renewable energy technology. There has been enough money given away to failing companies that we could have built a vast network of renewable energy. Seems like a complete waste to me.

  • Being Pro Pollution, Pro Coal Burning is being on the wrong side of history. Being pro infrastructure is being on the right side.

  • It doesn't matter if 'global warming' is a hoax or not, but I am really glad that Kucinich points out that the answer isn't 'taxes' but solar panels, wind. But he should think about geothermal, tidal, and many other technologies.

We have had technologies to be totally off gas/oil/coal/nuclear for 100 years. If they cared they would just do but the elite maintain their control of us by controlling energy.

1 term then out for all politicians. Actually all government is obsolete today.

  • Man-made global warming is such a ridiculous theory... I really hope everyone will check out some of the scientific evidence against it, because it's a scam and it will be used to justify an expension of the global governing powers of the U.N.

  • You've never read the science. If you understood science you would be concerned with our C02 output. But you clearly have been watching YouTube paranoia videos suggesting a world takeover by... the UN? lol. Take a science class. Put down the meth pipe.

  • Kucinich lost some point with me watching this.

  • There has never been a war on poverty.

There has always been a war FOR poverty.

  • great first question!!

  • I voted for Obama but I am not pro party. I cannot stand this war bullshit no more. I voted because he promised to end these things. John McCain wanted us there longer. Ron Paul? That guy just does not make me comfortable. Dennis Kucinich sounds like a safe bet so far. I like Grayson also. We will see.

  • @RodgersRevolution

Ron Paul is good in theory but the corporations want money. Morals do not drive buisness profit does. Regulate the big companies not their profits and prosperity will follow.
