Many homes have been on the market with defective drywall. I believe these homes are factored in. Many buyers like buying these homes and rehabbing them. Some builders like Lennar have been proactive at replacing the drywall and all components affected by defective drywall.

What if you add chinese drywall to the inventory? fact is those homes aren't worth
the property they're sitting on so, they don't count as inventory. If these homes could
actually be added to the inventory prices would be lower. To me this is big ? to the whole
market in SW FL that's not being factored in.
