these moves including au de frente require high amount of strength in the finishing position in order to complete the move. The base position needs to be trained by holding/isometric training of the finishing position of alternate hand/foot. kinda like the half ponte you see the moves end in. if this is nt trained to strengthen your hips/core you will never complete the move and stand. get alternate hand and foot closer together at end.
