what's the difference between cake flour and common flour?

@akemimeka Protein/gluten content. Different flours work different way when you use them. Cake four, like pastry flour, is much more delicate, and is used when you want a lighter texture. Unlike bread flour which is much more dense than all purpose flour. Make sure to pay attention when a recipe is being specific because if you use the wrong one it could either fall apart or end up like a brick.

@cariromewmew3 Taiyaki actually comes with many different fillings so there's nothing stopping you, however, I recommend trying it with the bean paste at least once as it tastes much better than it sounds.
