  • I don't use the word "government" before "funded" or "subsidized" or "bailout" or "assistance" anymore. I don't let anyone around me do it, either. I tell them, "taxpayer." Those are taxpayer funds, taxpayer subsidies, TAXPAYER bailouts, TAXPAYER assists. The government gives us nothing. It has nothing. It generates nothing. It is the people and their labor that provides the nation its value. The government only takes, under many names and supposed causes, always at the point of a gun.

  • @Kiahsobyk Good strategy.

  • the banksters can swallow my sack. eveyone to be broke shortly, fuck.

  • You do realize the the "owners" of "big corporations" are stock holders, usually people who are not very rich and have worked hard all their lives and invest for retirement purposes and will depend on that for a modest or less than modest income in their retirement right?

The right isn't a defender of giant corps, most of those run by democrats. You have been fooled by the media you rant about. Most small business owners are republicans, most ceo's of big corps and wall streeters are dems, FACT

  • @omegahpla It doesn't matter both parties do the same things, they both screw the middle class and poor. They take care of the corporations. I would also aver that most stock is owned by the rich, controlling interest in any case.

  • @tenebroust corporations & the rich are no more problems than any other special interest group like organized labor or the voting lazy

What does damage and allows evil people power is when they sell out what is equitable according to their efforts and contribution, for greed and something unearned for themselves ... parasitism

That is the root of the problem, the birth of abuse of power. Corporations that buy influence to gain regulation to force us to profit them. Lazy who vote for free candy

  • @tenebroust true. there is always a MAJORITY stock holder which the author above failed to mention.. Kind of like the power companies down here, which are preatty much owned by Warren Buffet.. the other investors even if it's called a public owned co op doesnt matter. Why do many of the power linemen suffer and they go without?? for many of the companies..even being union? ask Warren Buffet.. and my instructor for lineman school said it to me like this.. "That's why he's Warren Buffet" :)

  • 4-18-10 Geithner says the economy is growing faster than the Obama admin expected...the country is on the way to sustained job creation

    (what data supports this?)

Programs eliminated have affected kids&elderly. Cuts in education and Medicare

    benefits

Speaking w/the Dir of Moccasin Bend in TN, she said funds 4 pediatric/adolescent services were lost.

Kids w/mental illness fill the streets. Young girls are pimped-often taken to truckstops

I asked why teens & elderly? She said "they don't vote!"

  • The taxpayer needs to get our money back from Wall street. Wall street has always been ripping off the taxpayer. VAT tax is coming, that's what Obama wants to make him the king. I want my Social Security tax money back! I will contact my legislator, but it won't do any good. You stayed very calm in this one tenebroust! Have a great day!

  • Excellent video... Most people have been somewhat in the dark about this concept until recently.

Corporations influencing policy, while benefiting from tax dollars and ejecting toxic assets onto the American people is huge!

These mega-corporations are becoming drunk on their own urine. Never mind outsourcing, they will just import working slaves legally.

    The Gov will comply.

The American people are the last in line in their own country and we are only seeing the tip of the Fascist iceberg!!

  • @Minuteman9112012 Sadly the Tea Party people are completely off the map on this issue so there is little hope that movement will yield positive results in this area.

  • @tenebroust ~That's what the corporate media wants you to believe.

I already cannot speak freely here on a consistent basis.

Our rights are on thin ice!

Please don't discount the entire Tea Party movement as morons and racists. This may be "the people's" last chance in front of your face! They are fellow Americans assembled in good faith.

There will be rotten apples and fakes in any movement.

Ideas may win or lose, but our Constitution is not something to throw away!

    TP's ~ looking for map!

  • @Minuteman9112012 The point I was making was on the corporate side of things. I have heard nothing from the Tea Party about sticking it to the corporations or rich rather than the poor and middle class. I would not categorize them all as morons and racists, indeed they appear to be well educated, but the creep of the republican radical right into their midst is undeniable. I'd love it if I'm proven wrong because that can only be a good thing.

  • The right forgets about corporate welfare, the subsidies & tax credits we give corporations who as you say do not pay as much as individuals.

Their arguement on raising taxes on businesses is that they will simply pass those costs onto you as a consumer, which may be true on somethings but the financial industry wouldn't be one of them .

  • @funeralsong34 They willingly fail to mention. Notice when it was suggested to maybe regulate derivatives the radical right were all ready to burst a blood vessel at the possibility. Not that the establishment left is any better, vis Obama.

  • Entitlements ? Yeah time to cut entitlements to Wall St and the military industrial complex. That argument about the taxes we pay as an investment is brilliant and I will use that in my next correspondence to Congress. And I have already been pushing a Wall Street transaction tax. Thanks. Great vid.

  • @tenagliac I hear that.

  • Well, done. Thanks.

  • @PatriotMuscle Thanks.

  • Thanks Ted. Enjoy your weekend.

  • @MatrixVaporizer Thank you.

  • All wars are follies, very expensive and very mischievous ones. - Benjamin Franklin

In the words of Thomas Jefferson:

Sometimes it is said that man cannot be trusted with the government of himself. Can he, then be trusted with the government of others? Or have we found angels in the form of kings to govern him? Let history answer this question.

That government is best which governs the least, because its people discipline themselves.

Have a fucking nice day! ;-)

  • @tom19803 still government is necessary to protect the people from rapacious corporations that have the effective economic power of nations.

  • Any time a stock is traded, it should be taxed to discourage high frequency trading!

  • @jimbobubbadj All money handling should be taxed!

  • @jimbobubbadj That's what I am saying, ALL transactions are taxed.

  • ahh, nice bio of lovecraft, thanks

  • @mrgoodvibrations One of the greats.

  • The SEC will sue them and point their finger at them and tell them that they have been very bad. When it's all said and done, nothing changes. What the SEC should do is send them up on criminal charges and see to it they get time out in a federal prison.

  • @62636263c The suit has potential, and should be watched with anticipation but I am realistic.

  • Back in 1960 the tax revenues from corporations and individuals was about equal, but today corporations only pay about 8% and individuals pay all the rest. It is true that corporations just pass the cost of their taxes to their consumers but I still believe corporate should be required to give back to the society that gave them the opportunity to be successful.

  • @chrisficki Yeah and the mega rich had effective rates of 90% above a certain amount. They got along just fine back then.

  • The dryer in the background is a soothing sound...

  • @zoticus1 Actually it's not a dryer it is the hot water heater.

  • The veil has been lifted, Goldman Sacs is being brought to the carpet by the Sec. Since almost all of the Presidents Cabinet is former GS employees, it stands to reason that we have a ganster government.

Of course they are all so very slippery we will never see justice. Bottom line, the way it's going now, additional taxes won't slow this mob down at all.

  • @Ladyradical Very true. And this is a civil suit, not federal. I suppose that's because many politicians would be brought down with them. GS will pay a fine of a few mill and you are correct - all will soon be forgotten. And now Heusain can say - "see, we went after the bad bankers". They also could not bring a fed suit because then a large source of Heusains funding would be dried up. Can't have that. It's all theater.

  • @Ladyradical It is a start but it will be very hard to force the issue.

  • Read Lovecraft as a kid - and he scared the bejesus out of me. He was one dude that understood horror. Now reading The Creature from Jeckyll Island. Was written in the 80s and he discusses the NWO and how the banks are driving us towards socialism. Its very depressing as he exposes the FED and shows how it's in their interest to have the US lose sovereignty. What he said 25 yrs ago is coming true today. More horrifying than Lovecraft.

  • @mutexnet Fabulous book, enjoy if you can! G. Edward Griffin is amazing.

  • @mutexnet

I'm not glad you got the bejesus scared out of yourself, but I am glad to know I'm not alone.

I still have occasional days of total despair. If you look hard enough for it, you might find out the plans of total devastation to humanity and the "insanity" that comes along with it.

Can humanity save itself? Or, maybe it doesn't matter anymore......

    Where is Superman?

  • @toddhawley Or Cthulhu?

  • @mutexnet Both are scary indeed.

  • i posted a vid response mon ami

  • @oldhacks Approved, thanks.

  • how about the well healed individuals who do not pay...see my vid response...tkx for your post...

  • @skybirdbird Higher taxes for the rich, it's simple. Progressive taxation, not regressive.

  • They never offer cutting back spending and cutting back government for a solution.

They tell you to justify the system. Hard work can make you rich, the tell lie vision says so

You might like to read 10 years of system justification theory by Jost.

Why do people support a corrupt status quo? Add to that terror management theory and cognitive dissonance theory you get some idea of the opposition to any positive changes. People are like insects protecting the hive. Change is unwelcome, feared.

  • @Slavestorms No they don't ever offer such things.

  • @tenebroust Structured debate. It's like their bogus political spectrum from liberal to conservative. Where do anarchists fit in on that scale? They have Fascism on one side and Socialism on the other. Some choice, the same owners under a different ism.

They play on our individualism and desires to fit into the group. We know stuff sucks but we have subconscious fear of conflict and change so strong that we maintain the status quo at our own peril

The poorer the people the easier to go Fascist

  • Violence is never the answer to a social problem. Taxes are a form of violence as the only way with which they are robbed from the people is by coercion - the threat of violence if you do not pay. Corporations only exist by the power of the government, which is given to politicians by the people. Corporations allow privileged people to profit without taking any personal liability for any harm done as they hide behind the "corporate shield". If you are anti-corporation, you should be anti-state!

  • @magichandpuppet - I am as outraged as you, tenebroust... but, I don't consider my taxes or social security payments "investments", regardless of how they are spent by the robbers who force them from my hands, any more than I consider the loot a mugger has after a good night - an "investment". Yes, it would be nice to get some of it back I guess... but, I won't expect it any more than I'd try to follow the mugger home begging for a little throw back from him.

  • @magichandpuppet The point is that you pay for it so it is not something the government is giving to you for free that the right makes it out to be.

  • @tenebroust - I appreciate your reply, love your videos, and I do sympathize with your views. However, since the SS payments I have made were by force, under coercion, it is almost a moot point that part of the coercion were lies that I would someday get some of it back. If I had voluntarily purchased some kind of retirement plan on the free market, I think arguing about getting what you paid for is time well spent. But, with SS, it's hard to argue with someone who has a gun to your head.

  • @magichandpuppet I'd disagree with you slightly. When corporations run amok it is often a last resort measure to rely upon the state to save the people from their rapaciousness and greed. In a Fascist system one must needs be oppose both until that parasitic system ends.

  • @tenebroust - I agree with a lot of this statement except, with corporations, they and the state are the same since it is the state that gives the corporation their charter which protects the corporate owners from any liability against their dirty deeds. Without the state, there is no corporate protection. And, without the state protecting corporate elite from personal liability, there is no way a corporation can run amuck... and even if it does, it will soon die - and good riddance!

  • I think you should look into the Gold and Silver fraud that has been released by several inside people.. You can goto `kingworldnews(.)com' and listen to all the interviews... This is going to cause a major shit storm in the coming weeks and months..

  • interesting that all these Alien Gods are also found in the Book of Enoch... All these so-called extraterrestrials can be tied to the fallen elohim that rebeled with Lucifer....

  • April 15 1912 - Titanic Sunk

1 year later the Federal Reserve Was set up and then the IRS later

April 15 - Lincoln Died - look up 10-40 year teasury bonds

April 15 WE SLAVES (YES BLACK AND WHITE) pay an unconstitutional TAX to an UNCONSTITUTIONAL BANK (FED)

I've heard there were millionaires against the establishment of centralized banking on the titanic. Kind of like a trojan horse.....

    what do you think ?

Eric Phelps has some good information on that.

    Peace Mate

    -T-

  • @ALPHAandOMEGA44

    It is unique and interesting!

    I have a horrendous bad feeling about April 21 - I don't know why.......

  • Good vid - Ted. This is precisely, why the entire tea party movement is being deliberately mislead. Mark my words, this administration has exactly the same economic agenda as the previous one. Get ready for IMF austerity measures soon coming to a town near you. It is a huge set up, and what better way to do it, than to have a Dem majority in Congress + Presidency, to push this agenda to it's conclusion. This is the biggest scam in history + it will probably succeed :(

  • @55ella2007k Yes it is sad and deliberate and austerity is indeed coming soon if it's not stopped. I liked your Tea Party two parter Ella.

  • We pay into social security and my generation will not see it because both parties not just the GOP have borrowed from social security for useless wars and corporations. We need the fair tax for the people and Your idea for the 1% tax on wall street transactions. There are too many entitlement programs and too much corruption for those on entitlement programs. I would agree that most on medicaid probably need it but i work in health care and i have seen plenty of abuses.

  • the only way the federal govt was meant to raise money is with tariffs. It's great to hear politicians tell people the VAT will be great because it will tax a company, as if the company won't pass the cost on to the consumer. I wonder if there will be public outrage when they do pass VAT and prices instantly rise X% across the board. I doubt it, people will just go along with it.

  • and ss is a give away because I know that money won't be there when I'm of the age to collect it. so the politicians are giving MY money away to buy votes from old people.

  • @pentel1911 That's really not the point I was trying to make. You pay for this just like an investment. AND the people getting SSI right now paid into it themselves.

  • @tenebroust - unfortunately, this is economically impossible. SSI is nothing but a Ponzi scheme.

  • @pentel1911 Sadly many will do that. On the plus side the Ways and Means committee clerk told me yesterday that the VAT was not on the agenda.

  • We the people need to dissolve the UNITED STATES corporation created by the 14 Amendment, and go back to the Constitutional rule of law outlined up to the 13th Amendment.

Now the shill media is spinning a case against Sachs that will never go far enough. Same old BS.

I would love to know who bought all the Obamination books to make the non-working 1st family over 5 million last year.

Forced to pay the corps is not "health care reform". Where did all the money for "entitlements" go??? More BS!

  • @bigc028282 You summed it up nicely.

  • If you want a tax on Banks, you'd better includes a law to forbid said Banks from passing the cost of the tax onto the consumer through higher fees!

  • @johnwilsonriley It is a start.

  • everybody is screaming we need a flat tax etc. these idiots will have their dream. we won't have socialized medicine, and taxes won't go up only for the wealthy elite.

  • @LouieArrighi That's what we have to really fight against.

  • It is often said that corporations don't pay taxes, the thinking being that any tax assessed on a corp is passed through to its customers. This makes sense to me for a manufacturing firm or other corp that produces goods or even services. This only makes me wonder, what does GS produce? Who are its customers?

  • @MadSmokerBBQ Exactly!!!!!

  • @MadSmokerBBQ go to GS website. They talk about how they help you "manage risk"! AH HAHAHA!!!

  • I have a horrible feeling Hell is about to be opened-

The upcoming trend will be "restructuring" and "rebuilding" of the remnants

America may be abandoned and returned to the people, but it's a long road ahead

The "true test" of humanity is on the horizon

  • @toddhawley Yes and we have to work through that, no resting on your laurels.

  • it's not "taxes" it's how they're collected and spent. ie "the government"

  • Holy hell Ted! When I left Allegheny County back in 2006 the sales tax there was 7%. You mean to tell me that the County raised raised their share of it from 1% to 5%? Out here in Cumberland County it's still only at 6%.

  • @june201955 I misspoke the tax rate in this county is 7%, sorry for the confusion. There are places that have rates of 11%.

  • @tenebroust Up here in Newbrunswick, Canada the sales tax, Goods and services tax, is 15% with the Feds and the province getting a cut! I think you guys are gonna get the living daylights taxed out of you in the near future; two wars maybe soon three on credit, and a universal Health care for 300 million is gonna cost a lot.

  • Source: money-cnn

General Electric filed more than 7,000 income tax returns in at least 250 global jurisdictions last year, but when push came to shove, the company owed the U.S. government a whopping bill of $0.

  • they should raise the taxes , on goldman sach

  • if you add up all the taxes you pay each and every day it is totally insanity. teh recent spending spree must be paid for some how.

i wondering what will become of the recent Goldman Sachs news and if it will be traced back to good old Timmy Geithner?

  • I can't watch all this right now, but from what I understand, the IRS is a private organization, and it is really out of our control... contact legislators and get on a black list... I just take of my life day to day, and pray for protection and forgiveness, that's all i can do~

  • a video with out the clothes dryer perculating away in the back ground just wouldn't be the same.. :-) the vat tax will be spun as good for america, instead of a hidden tax you will see what you are paying.. governments just fail to see the bigger picture. cut some of their entitlements and see how they like it.. i would take the job as a senator for 80 grand a year and an expense account, wouldn't you.. why then pay more? stop consuming

  • Excellent vid!

    i certainly am outraged.

how dare they put yet another tax on the people?

its tragic and totally absurd at the same time.

they are just dying to take away social security and medicare

and everything else that benefits the people.

it is disgusting and yes, it is fascism

as usual, i want to get the book you read from at the beginning

faved and "voted up" lol this new youtube is absurd as well

yes, corporations are giant leeches! sooo true
