Unless you're talking about BBC's series Sherlock, in which case it is House and Wilson = Holmes and Watson because Benedict Cumberbatch (as Sherlock) and Martin Freeman (as Watson) are just as enjoyable to watch as Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard. If you haven't seen Sherlock yet, I highly advise you to check it out. It is absolutely brilliant. 100000x better than the movie :)
