The funny thing about the song is that it DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. Not in English, not in Japanese, not metaphorically, its just pure

It's not that it doesn't make sense, it's just so seeped in secret meanings and symbolisms (the rose motif for one) that it's confusing to anyone who doesn't already know that. Heck, I still find it confusing at times even though I can sort of understand what the author was trying to say now. xD

I do wish the meaning were clearer, but eh it's nice to have a series that makes you think rather than watch it mindlessly. xD
