Jin Gang Quan is not ideal form for show neither Xiaohong or Dahong or Xiao Luohan etc... I suppose people don't understand tradditional form they wanna see the flipping stuff you know, Di Tang Quan, Hu, you know, the hardcore stuff. Shifu Shi Yan Xu clan's is much better. His clan is tighter for show. No dissing.
