You have to have a netflix account and an Xbox Live Gold subscription. You first set up the connection between your 360 and netflix. Then you go to netflix and que the videos you want to watch. The 360 will then stream the videos you qued once you go to the "netflix" bar on the dashboard.

Its not copying, PS3 is going to make 3d avatars for HOME. If they were copying nintendo would say something, they didnt, so they have no problem with it, all these companies are doing to moving in the same direction towards something simular to make it big.
