@BRACELETMAKER100 Colors won't change a pattern (unless they are touching beside one another which could mess certain patterns up a bit) so yes... you could do any colors you want. Just experiment, sometimes making colors touch gives a cool look as well.

@TheRh3 Chances are any good looking Pokemon bracelet would be a multicolor alpha. I'd say check my alpha tutorials... then check friendship-bracelets(dot)net for Pokemon. I'm sure they'd have bunches of alphas already made.

@TheRealAlisaA at 1:31 you can see the set up. Just replace some of the pinks beside the middle/blue with some more blue. Two pinks, six blues and two more pinks should become thin edges with a thick middle.

For five you could try 1 2 3 4 5 - 5 4 3 2 1 but they will be thin stripes. You might be better doing something like 11 2 33 4 5 - 5 4 33 2 11 but in the end anything is okay. You could do 10 different colors the pattern will work it just will alter accordingly as you put colors in different places.

@MshionM I think you're forgetting a mixed knot. Look up "The Four Types of Knots" and double check your tying methods.

To me it sounds like you didn't make the mixed knot to keep the pinks in the same place... so they skipped over the purple.

Replace the 1's beside the 2's and you should have 4 lines. 5 would take a different pattern entirely.

@catzeye510 I don't really remember patterns... there's too many there. Just type in a key word. This has a line down the middle... so type in "LINE" in the search on fb.net and look through the patterns. I just looked and 2545 popped up and it's sort of similar.

Is there a way to make just 2 colors? Like instead if (example:) red, blue, red. Can it be red, blue? And that's it?

@SutoomiJFox Yes. Instead of cutting 4 pink you'll only need two... and then you'll need 2 more of the blue which will fold to replace the other pink (which is a total of 6 blue strands.)

Set it up as '4red / 2blue / 4blue' and it will be the same. The left side stays on the left, the right side stays on the right so set them up exactly as you want them but make sure you have exactly 5 strings cut before folding- fold it and it should be 10 (4 pink and 6 blue) then just follow the same pattern.

@LifelessStar No, you need to make alphabet patterns for letters... that or look up a specific pattern that is created in 12 12 12 pattern for it.

The set up would need to be 1212 (color one, color two, color one, color two) for lettering to work on a standard non-alpha bracelet... alpha's are by far the best way to do letter bracelets. My channel has links to all the Alphabet patterns.
