I like Ashley as Shepards Love Interest. I also like Liara (she has at least reasons not to jump right on Sheppard when she sees him/her on Illium)... but Ashley has this... soldier-ness.

It´s the reason why FemShep and Jacob can come together, because they share it. But Ashley? She was also one of the most loyal men Shepard has ever fought with.

just a cheat code, in ME1, if u make a MALE shepard, but use the DEFAULT face configuration, you can use the cheatcode to change to female and still be flaged as romanceable to ashley, this allows you to play the whole ME1 as female while romancing ash.

this is then carried over to the sequel, where is safe to chance the face of your fem shep.

DO NOT use a customized male when trying this, as the result will be a HORRIBLE FACE.

It's what we call Technical Ingenuity! The Creators of ME predicted some people would eventually somehow trick the game into anything they want so they really did create Cut Scenes and Dialogs that corresponds into for example a Female Shepard hugging or romancing another Female Character. I had the same as this, same squad even except mine was a male shepard. I was like Whooo! Ashley's not dead! Then as I talked it felt like I was digging myself further into a hole. From feeling like Ashley was about to join my crew to getting smacked back in place with every comment by Ash.
